Soar Leadership Programme

We celebrated the completion of the Soar Leadership Programme with 32 pupils from Year 13. Over the course of six weeks, these pupils have completed a modular course after school exploring and developing leadership skills. The course was led by EXODUS Lisburn and it is accredited by Stranmillis University College, Belfast. Congratulations to all those involved!
I enjoyed reading a blog about the SOAR Leadership Programme and how it helps students build confidence, teamwork, and real leadership skills through guided activities. It reminded me of a school project where we had to take charge of group tasks and learn how to listen to each other. During a busy semester, I used the CMI report writing service while managing deadlines, and it made me think how important structured reflection is in learning. Overall takeaway leadership grows through practice and responsibility. Nice post.
